This fall OHANA Hotels & Resorts has cooked up a delicious recipe for the perfect Hawaii vacation.

WAIKIKI, HONOLULU, OAHU – For a limited time, families traveling to Hawaii can relax over sun, surf, delicious snacks or „home-cooked“ meals with OHANA Waikiki West’s Food Pantry Package.

Now through December 21, 2007, guests who book Standard Kitchenette
accommodations will receive a free upgrade to a City View Kitchenette
guestroom. In addition to the free upgrade for the basic $129 rate, guests
will receive a daily complimentary $15 voucher for the Food Pantry food
market, located just across the street from OHANA Waikiki West. There, OHANA guests can stock their kitchenettes with groceries to make breakfasts, light lunches, afternoon snacks or pre-dinner appetizers and drinks. Or, guests can purchase Hawaiian chocolates and other favorite edible souvenirs to take home to loved ones. Vouchers for the entire stay are issued at check-in, giving guests the option to combine the value for a one-time purchase.

OHANA Waikiki West’s kitchenette units are a great choice for vacationing
families who want great value for their money – guest rooms can sleep up to four, and the kitchenette makes it easy to save money on meals. Plus, OHANA Waikiki West is situated within easy walking distance from Hawaii’s world-famous Waikiki beach and Waikiki’s most popular shopping areas, including the brand new Waikiki Beach Walk(r) shopping and dining promenade, the International Marketplace and the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center.

Ala Moana Center, Honolulu’s premier shopping mall, is just a short, and
free, trolley ride away, thanks to OHANA Hotels & Resorts‘ OHANA Waikiki Connection. In addition to free rides on the Waikiki Trolley’s Pink Line throughout Waikiki and Ala Moana Center, the OHANA Waikiki Connection provides OHANA guests free local and long-distance phone calls to the U.S. and Canada, free Internet access, complimentary daily in-room coffee and tea, free use of the in-room safe, a free daily local newspaper and digital pagers for early check-in guests. OHANA guests also have the chance to experience Hawaii like a local, with access to a Ho’okipa Host, an in-lobby staff member who offers guests valuable tips on unique local eateries, off-the-beaten-path attractions, and where to experience local customs.

Based on space availability, the $129 room rate is per room, per night, for
single or double occupancy and does not include tax. OHANA’s Family Plan allows children under 17 years and younger to stay free in the room when sharing with parents using existing beds, with a maximum four people per room in a city view kitchenette. The $15 coupon voucher is good only at The Food Pantry store on Kuhio Avenue and is included for each day for the duration of the stay – vouchers expire on day of departure.
