William T. Comstock is named general manager of the Pacific Beach Hotel

PBH Management LLC, an affiliate of Outrigger Enterprises Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of William T.
Comstock as general manager of the Pacific Beach Hotel.

HONOLULU, OAHU, HAWAII — In his position, Comstock is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, including overseeing all departments and ensuring the growth and prosperity of the hotel. PBH Management LLC assumed management of the Pacific Beach Hotel on January 1, 2007.

Comstock joins the Pacific Beach Hotel with an extensive background in anagement and hotel operations that spans nearly 30 years in Hawaii and
across the United States. Much of that time was spent with the nationally branded Doubletree Hotels, a member of the Hilton Hotels family. He’s worked
in Washington, D.C.; Arlington, Virginia; Largo, Maryland; Sonoma, California, and in Waikiki, Hawaii at the Doubletree Alana Hotel.

Throughout his career, Comstock has touched just about every department of a hotel, from sales and marketing, to reservations, to catering and conference
services, to food and beverage. He has directed a number of major hotel renovations throughout his career, has participated in several hotel brand
conversions and even contributed to the development of computerized forecasting and account management software. Under his leadership, the Doubletree Hotel Sonoma Wine Country received the Hilton Spirit award as one of the top hotels in the Doubletree system for financial results and customer satisfaction.

Comstock joins the Pacific Beach Hotel from his most recent position as general manager of one of Oahu’s best-known private clubs, the prestigious Outrigger Canoe Club, where he was involved in every aspect of operations and member relations.

The 837-room Pacific Beach Hotel offers one of the best locations in Waikiki –just across the street from world-famous Waikiki Beach. This popular hotel
has a 37-year legacy of excellent service, comfortable accommodations and an array of dining options, including the famed three-story Oceanarium
restaurant.
