The Boeing Company [NYSE:BA] and KLM Royal Dutch Airlines celebrated the delivery of the airline’s first 777-300ER (Extended Range).

The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] announced an order from Romanian low-cost airline Blue Air Transport Aerian for two Next-Generation 737-800s and purchase rights for two more. The airplanes will join the airline’s all-Boeing fleet to provide extra capacity in a fast-growing market. The order is valued at approximately $150 million at list prices.
Boeing [NYSE: BA] mechanics began major assembly of the new 777 Freighter at the company’s Everett, Wash., facility. The 777 Freighter will fly farther and provide more capacity than any other twin-engine cargo airplane.
Boeing [NYSE: BA] announced that Deucalion Capital VII Limited („Deucalion“), a company advised and managed by DVB Bank AG, has purchased eight Boeing 777 Freighters for lease to AeroLogic, a new joint venture airline formed by Lufthansa Cargo and DHL Express.

Boeing [NYSE: BA] and Spanish carrier Air Europa announced an order for eight Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners valued at $1.3 billion at list prices. The order, placed by Air Europa in 2007, previously was accounted for on Boeing’s Orders & Deliveries Web site as an unidentified customer.
Boeing [NYSE: BA] and Bahrain’s national carrier Gulf Air finalized negotiations for up to 24 Boeing 787 Dreamliners in a deal that could be worth approximately $3.9 billion at list prices if all options are exercised.
