Airbus showcases the new A350 XWB cabin at this year’s Aircraft Interiors Expo in Hamburg/Germany (April 1-3, 2008) on its stand located in Hall A3 (Stand 3D15). Visitors will discover the attributes of the A350 XWB cabin interior in a new mock-up, displayed for the first time at an exhibition.

An Asian customer has placed a firm order for an Airbus A350 XWB Prestige, in what is the second commitment for the newest member of the Airbus corporate jetliner family (building on an earlier commitment from another customer that was announced during the Dubai airshow).
Synergy Aerospace, the Latin-American consortium, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for ten A350-800s and ten options. This further commitment comes in addition to the 47 A320 Family aircraft and ten A330-200s that its subsidiaries already have on order, making it a key customer for Airbus in Latin America.

Leading Brazilian carrier TAM Linhas Aéreas has firmed up its order for 22 A350 XWBs and for four additional A330-200s. The airline based in São Paulo has furthermore added another 20 A320 Family aircraft to the initial order.

Vietnam Airlines has signed a contract for 10 A350-900 XWBs, as well as for 10 additional A321s. This announcement follows the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the aircraft on 1st October 2007 in the presence of Nguyen Tan Dung, Prime Minister of Vietnam during his state visit to France.
China Airlines, Taiwan’s largest carrier, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Airbus for the acquisition of 14 A350-900 plus an additional six on option. The new generation medium capacity long-haul aircraft has been selected as part of their future fleet modernisation programme.
