Meliá Meetings & Events has launched a special offer for Meeting Package reservations confirmed by 1st September 2011 where one delegate is offered free of charge per 20 paid, with a maximum of four free delegates per meeting.
Palma de Mallorca – The meeting package provides standardized prices and services helping meeting organising and giving accurate cost controlling in more than 100 hotels within Europe as from just 45 € per delegate (VAT included). Additional services may be included in the package upon request.
Despite the economical crisis, the revenue generated from meetings from European clients at Meliá Hotels International increased in 2010. The company has decided to continue innovating with new and flexible products adapted to clients’ needs but also maintaining the usual plain and simple pricing structure and the most competitive rates.
The most popular destinations for European clients were: Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, Palma de Majorca and Valencia in Spain. Within Europe: Berlin, London, Milano, Rome and Dusseldorf were top of the list. With regards to transcontinental destinations, Mexico, Cuba and Brazil were the most demanded.
Additionally, Meliá Hotels International recently launched their first Meetings & Events directory, a tool that contains a careful selection of their specialised MICE hotels that includes essential information needed when choosing different destinations and locations.
