AirTran Airways Partners with the Air Carriers Purchasing Conference to Raise over $50,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation

AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: AAI), recently hosted and co- sponsored the annual Air Carriers Purchasing Conference (ACPC) in Orlando.

ORLANDO, Fla. — During the four day meeting, airline suppliers and representatives met to discuss the issues facing the airline industry and to network with the nearly 1000 vendors and 87 airlines that were present. Through the generosity of ACPC members, AirTran Airways partnered with the organization to raise over $50,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & Northern Florida at the conference.

As we partner with Make-A-Wish across the country, we are especially pleased to have played a part in raising more than $50,000 for Make-A-Wish of Central & Northern Florida.“
