Fujitsu Siemens Computers announced that Bernd Wagner will join the company as Managing Director, IT Product Services Germany on July 1, 2007. In his position, he will work closely with Hans-Dieter Wysuwa, Executive Council member and Senior Vice President- Managing Director, Fujitsu Siemens Computers Germany and will join as a member of the Managing Board, Germany.
As a part of the services organization, Mr. Wagner will be responsible for the IT Product Services operations and will focus on the implementation of the strategy and integration of IT Product Services in Germany. He reports into Executive Council member Richard Schlauri, Executive Vice President, IT Product Services.

He will work closely with Hans-Dieter Wysuwa on the integration of IT Product Services in Germany.”
Mr. Wagner brings with him over 20 years of IT and services experience in sales, marketing, product management as well as customer account and partner management. He has a proven track record in turnaround management as well as leading organizations to profitable growth. He joins Fujitsu Siemens Computers from a&o group (formerly EDS Global Field Services GmbH), where he held the post of General Manager a&o systems + services international GmbH and was a member of the European Board. Prior, Mr. Wagner spent several years as Executive Vice President IT Management Solutions at USU AG and Director for System Integration at EDS and Systematics (acquired by EDS) Germany.
Mr. Wagner studied Computer Science at the University for Applied Science, Rheinland-Pfalz.
